The work required the addition of a new timberframe sunroom with lower floor bathroom, a new kitchen, upgraded plumbing and insulation. The house was very dark and needed some of the cedar walls removed and replaced with painted drywall for more contrast. New fir trim and doors were also added as well as a new rimless glass handrail for a better view of the lake.
